The idea that you can replace lawyers with glorified stored procedures (aka smart contracts) vastly underestimates the value of lawyers and overestimates the value of software developers.

There’s a lot of truth in that, but lawyers do need an upgrade. Also, I think the absence of courts/judges is much worse.
