I see people mixing up the concepts of bounded context and deployment unit again and again... Please mind the terminology you use! "let's implement this as a bounded context" is often meant as "let's implement this bounded context as a microservice".

Or "let's merge those bounded contexts" is rather meant as "let's implement those bounded contexts within a bigger deployment unit while still keeping a clear boundary inside"

There are two perspectices: domain model boundaries and deployment unit boundaries. Yes you can place more than one bounded context into one deployment unit, very often this is actually a good idea.

Sounds like an anti-pattern to me unless you have exceptionally good reasons
