Shower thought: In lawsuits, each side should set their budget, with the sum being split evenly to pay for lawyers. That way, one can pay more for accuracy in the judgement, but not a more favorable one. This is so simple, that I must be missing sth obvious. What am I missing?
I mean, yeah 😂. On some level better justice is positive sum for everyone in society, including (or maybe especially) the wealthy, but I realize this is not the level it is being thought at. But it's not like it's being advocated by the representatives of the non-wealthy either.
