I wouldn’t want to have that attitude, nor work for anyone who has that attitude, nor spend a major part of my life in a company that works like that. Probably won’t make it to billionaire status that way

Seems like an honest and factually correct statement though. I don't know this CEO, but I find it hard to disagree with this statement. Some colleagues I consider friends, but I don't consider anybody family. And I don't expect to be treated as family either. Why would you?
