If this is @dhh and the basecamp thing, how does one accurately judge success or failure? I’m not sure if twitter like and comment counts are a good measure, but I reviewed his recent tweets to see. Basecamp performance going forward might be a good one to watch.

I think their PR is not done with a PR view. It used to work just by proclamating strong opinions. But those can fire backwards as soon as they’re over the top.
