I do not get the question. Do you think that it‘s Not feasible to build a loosely coupled distributed system? Won‘t you agree, that you sometimes need to build a distributed system? Sorry, I really don‘t understand...

It's a rhetorical one trying to counter the sentiment, that accidental coupling, often cited as the primary problem in a monolith, doesn't magically go away if you split up the system. To the contrary, you now *additionally* deal with the challenges of a distributed system.
