Assuming, I start implementing a new system. Do exist good reasons for using SOAP instead of REST for the API implementation? I would say no. But what do you think? #AskingForAFriend #followerpower

SOAP was a bad idea when it was mainstream, now it’s not even that anymore. My suggestion is to avoid it if you can. I know there are exactly 0 circumstances that would make me use it in any new project

Using something that supports a schema would be helpful. Like openapi (~swagger), graphql, jsonschema.
