Sure. I use Camo to use my iPhone as the camera, OBS to combine Keynote slides and video, and OBS’s virtual camera to send that to e.g. Zoom

You mean, issue with a mirroring or something else? Hence I downloaded a virtual camera plugin for OBS from one of the GitHub repos and it works
