Unpopular opinion: gifs and memes in conference talks are an antipattern. No, I'm not saying *humor* is an antipattern. Humor is great, put more of it in talks. Gifs and memes *specifically* are an antipattern.

If I really want to underline a point, I don't understand whats the problem in using something like this as a visual breaker slide.

One thing I've found works better would be to have one slide with "Foo is not auth", then one slide with "FOO IS NOT AUTH", then one slide with a million arrows pointing to that statement. Makes the same point as a visual breaker, but also hits harder
