On Agile: “The life has been sucked out of it. It’s a few religious rituals carried out by people who don’t understand the purpose that those rituals were intended to serve in the first place.” Ouch.
Protip: don't give interviews when pissed off. Alternative protip for journalists: catch me when I'm pissed off.

Spot on. I was recently u ironically told by an employee of #BigCorp that they sit during stand ups, because those take too long.

He’s right though. Much like religious rituals we’ve lost sight of the heart and intention. At the heart of agile is a desire to make people the priority. We’ve thrown out the people and community and replaced it with overly complicated performance.

Not sure what a like to that post would really mean: 1) I like the statement 2) I like the ouch. Conclusion: I like both! A good intend that, once again, shows our profession that we have to fight for our intentions and principles ON OUR OWN! Dont let anyone else clean ur desk!
