To Americans who like Greek food:
Tzatziki is actually supposed to be a little spicy from the raw garlic. Dill is optional. I’ve yet to find tzatziki in the US that even somewhat resembles real Greek tzatziki.

Thank you for the recipe link, tried it out today to great success. Had to double the amount of garlic though.
