I’m looking for an iOS app that activates the camera and shows what it’s viewing, without showing any controls or icons. Does such a thing exist?

Does it need to be an app? Otherwise I would you html5 camera access + html5 canvas, that should do the trick. (don't use html5 fullscreen api on ios if you don't want any controls, just appropriate CSS and a little javascript)

what are you trying to do?

Using the iOS camera as in input device for the Mac during a Zoom call. Everything works perfectly except for those annoying controls.
