I bought a not-smart-TV last month. It has an HDMI port for the fire stick and an optical out port for the stereo. Other ports too but those were all I needed.

My last search was unsuccessful because I needed an optical output that passes through Dolby Digital 5.1. Couldn’t find that combination without a stupid Android smart disaster
