One of my main problems with Slack (as opposed to email) is that I can’t seem to find a reasonable way to deal with messages later. The reminder approach doesn’t do it for me at all. How do you handle todos?

I ask people to send me an email for everything that can be handled asynchronously.

Yes, I do the same. I also sometimes send myself an email referring to a Slack message. Surely there must be better options?

I could not find any others. And maybe we should focus slack on synchronous communication & email for asynchronous one?
