I am not sure that makes sense. Oracle RAC uses a NAS for all cluster nodes so it is not truly distributed. Advanced replication is not consistent. So what should @aphyr look for? Or am I missing something?

There are so many ways to connect to Oracle and so many ways you can architect it, it would take @aphyr years to conduct a thorough Jepsen test. Would love to see it become reality 😬 😎

Can someone please confirm I’m reading it right and a DB company whose license doesn’t allow people to publish benchmarks is using public benchmarks of other databases to prove something?
