6502 vs 68000, a bit like arguing sticking to Intel 8086 or 80286 would have been better than moving to 80386, I guess. It had to happen eventually.

Good point - even though true 32bit were just the 68030 and 68040 - and then they went for the PowerPC. The video argues it was about Steve Jobs - and I think I agree....
