I use the Twitter web app, and I estimate that only 1 in about 1000, maybe even 1 in 10,000 tweets is β€œpromoted”. Am I just lucky? Or is this a common frequency?

Android or IOS? I use Twitter for iPhone, your tweet was first, and a promotion directly underneath. Probably one ad every 20-40 tweets
