First time I’ve seen a “No Recruitment Policy” in a conference organizer’s info for exhibitors. Wonder what’s the reasoning behind that.

Maybe that other companies are afraid of sending their employees to this conference. Heard this from a customer of us.

IMO: If you are afraid of loosing your employee when he/she goes to a conference you should think about your companies culture.
