Just to be clear - if ANY politician/cult leader/whatever, says things to incite hatred, and their words are then used by mass murderers as justification for the massacre of innocent people - I believe that this politician or whoever deserves some criticism.

I don't like the idea of only interacting with people I already agree with. I find it a useful exercise to be reminded that other views exist. I rarely agree with Uncle Bob, but he is never rude, never gets personal, just pure arguments. Good exercise.

I grew up around Christian Fundamentalists, and I really hate the idea of becoming one of these self righteous people who "knows" that "they have the _only_ truth"
