I admit I don’t know really know anything about professional sports, but I find it really hard to imagine how progressive views about sex and gender could ever be aligned with the whole male/female athlete distinction in the long run
On the Cas judgment on Caster Semanya, I suppose? It's 165 pages, but from what I read it seems a difficult but fair balancing act on defining "woman" in a sports context, not to be construed as not accepting her as a woman in any other context.
