There is a line somewhere between supporting women who are fearful around men, and enabling unhealthy and unjustified fear. Men are MORE likely to be attacked by men than women are. Yet are less afraid, so suffer less while being more at risk. So many women suffer fear needlessly

Surely the risk of being a victim of domestic violence must be a thousand times higher for women than men. Probably similar for rape if you exclude prisons

Absolutely. But women aren't so fearful at home. They're scared of men when out walking alone. Women are more likely to get raped, but when we expand to "physical assault", men are much more at risk on the whole. But they're better off for not being paralyzed with fear about it.
