I’ve written a blog post about this a few years ago: innoq.com/blog/st/2012/09/in… … but apart from the fact that my neglected blog needs some fixes and a design update, some things have changed and I’ll use this thread to post a few updates & answer questions over the next few days

(And I just noticed I casually used “innoQ guy” as a generic term to refer to someone working at the company back then, something I’d hit myself for today)

One of the major challenges is getting ~125 people from locations all over Germany and Switzerland to the same place at roughly the same time. Today, we have flights from DUS, CGN, MUC, TXL, NUE, HAM, plus various train and car rides
