I know he did advocate for it back then. Would be interesting to see whether he still supports it in its current (probable) form

I was for not holding the referendum in the first place - nitter.vloup.ch/swardley/status/… ... however, given we held it then I've not changed my views on democracy. Of chequers, no deal or remain then I'd go for no deal. My preferred option is an EEA (docked to EFTA pillar).
