#dappcon is an interesting conference, but I have to admit that I find it puzzling that about 95% of the speakers are male and this is the third all-male panel I’m listening to today

This is a huge problem in #tech. In my opinion the event organizers should pay attention on this and should care for more female speakers. But there were also some tech events with abuse of female speakers in the past.
