Bestimmt, aber die Frage war ja nach Daten, nicht Anekdoten :) Die zitierte Behauptung war ja schon sehr krass und klingt für mich zu schaurig-schön, um wahr zu sein
Wer genau soll gefragt werden? Irgendjemand auf Twitter? Wer formuliert die Erklärungen zum Datenschutz? Wer bekommt Zugriff auf Gesundheitsdaten in welchen Systemen und unter welchen Bedingungen?
Ich finde das auch alles todtraurig, aber der Teufel steckt im Detail.
