WTF is wrong with people? It seems this @tangleblog dude is fully convinced of his own ethical conduct, while simultaneously making a complete ass of himself
After I responded to his threats of extortion, @tangleblog wrote an article in which he: 1) confirmed that he intended it as a threat of extortion 2) brings up my (brilliant, well received, academically cited & popular media covered) sex tech research (?!)

Spielt eigentlich fast keine Rolle, weil nichts in dieser Beziehung schlimmer als Rindfleisch sein kann
I continue to be impressed with the way of working my colleagues came up with here. Find out more at remotemobprogramming.org/
I have been doing remote #mobprogramming full-time for a year now. One year without daily stand-ups. One year without waiting for reviews. One year without handovers before holidays. One year at home without feeling alone. I don't want to work differently anymore.

Automattic acquires Tumblr, a good fit, I think. I wonder what that will mean for its ban of “adult” content?

I think that should read “and those who also have regional …”, right?
“Fleabag Season 3: Amazon Boss 'Hoping' Phoebe Waller-Bridge Will Reconsider Ending Series” I admit I share that hope … even though it’s probably better to leave it in the perfect state it’s in now. My favorite TV series in a long time tvline.com/2019/07/27/fleaba…

It’s true, the US, but also the U.K. would be pretty high in my personal (negative) ranking

Of course that’s true. Still, historically I think e.g. Japan has done more evil than Liechtenstein?

Historic, otherwise I wouldn’t have included Germany, which isn’t great, but not too bad currently I think

Idly wondering: What’s the shittiest nation on earth, apart from Germany with its Nazi and holocaust history, of course?

Ach, blöderweise ist der witzigste Mensch der Welt doch gar nicht er, sondern einer, den man leider zu recht nicht mehr gut finden kann. Seufz.

I’ve seen them from some global companies, covering e.g. ethics with regards to payment, discrimination, … seems to be comparable

Many of our clients purchase under the condition we accept their purchasing terms, it’s not unheard of. They probably use the same CoC for all their purchases of this kind. Up to you whether to accept it, of course.

I have no idea why you still engage with Uncle Bob. It’s a complete waste of time

The backend might be; the front end is clearly run by the airline. I don’t think Amadeus can tell whether I pasted the booking reference into the form or whether the airline included it
