Der aktuell debattierte Vorschlag überträgt die Verantwortung auf die Plattformanbieter (was YT und Co. gegenüber Konkurrenten übervorteilt), die vorher kontrollieren müssen. Das ist aus meiner Sicht fundamental falsch. Von der »link tax« will ich gar nicht reden

Und jemand, der Dein WLAN missbraucht, um illegale Inhalte hochzuladen, lässt sich dann über so ein Häkchen abhalten? Ich glaube, dass der Weg, dass Provider illegal hochgeladene Inhalte wieder entfernen müssen, klar der bessere ist
