For me, this is not about my view on CoCs. It's about how to treat e.g. people who think a CoC is a waste of time

I thought you asked how I deal with them personally. In online and offline communities, I'm all for Codes of Conduct.

I block them. I don't invite them to anything. I uninvite them from anything I've mistakenly invited them to.
