Interesting aspect: constraints apply over time, e.g. availability of resources and their variants
It seems to me @algermissen's talk was more about contracts, expectations and obligations than about testing. Doesn't make it less valuable.
@algermissen is doing a great job explaining how testing can be done on different levels
