@jcfischer OK; just ordered basic config 13" MBP + Intel X-25 from Amazon.de + 8 GB RAM from speichermarkt.de
Thanks everyone. Current favorite config: Buy stock MBP 13" w/ 2.26GHz 2GB/80GB HD, upgrade RAM to 8GB afterwards, add Intel X25-M 160GB
