Thanks @jcfischer! I know, have been through the index process with the last one, too - major PITA. Still happy bulk of the work is done.
Just wrote the last appendix of the book. Weekend task: Trying to incorporate all of the reviewer feedback. Monday: off to the publisher.

@malagant Reasons for using SAP's reg/rep when not using ERP heavily: None. Otherwise: 1. already paid 2. SAP's own services are in it.
