@jcfischer despite having used vi for years, I still don't consider it superior to Emacs. Equal - maybe. Better - I'm skeptical.

@sallamar Don't know whether it's unconventional, but appending to an existing resource is a less popular but still perfectly valid POST use
@mtnygard I found that starting with Powerpoint, importing and working with Keynote, and then exporting for final editing improves things
@mtnygard Decent copy/paste behavior is one of the many reasons I strongly prefer Keynote over Powerpoint.
