AtomPub is irrelevant without popular clients. Are there any I should be aware of?
Replying to @jcfischer
@jcfischer despite having used vi for years, I still don't consider it superior to Emacs. Equal - maybe. Better - I'm skeptical.
Replying to @jcfischer
@jcfischer VIM? Why would anybody who knows Emacs by heart make that switch? Seriously curious.
Replying to @sallamar
@sallamar Don't know whether it's unconventional, but appending to an existing resource is a less popular but still perfectly valid POST use
Replying to @mtnygard
@mtnygard I found that starting with Powerpoint, importing and working with Keynote, and then exporting for final editing improves things
Replying to @mtnygard
@mtnygard Decent copy/paste behavior is one of the many reasons I strongly prefer Keynote over Powerpoint.
Replying to @markusvoelter
@markusvoelter Be careful – it's Lisp that lies at the end of these considerations :-)
@martinfowler's response to the CouchDB/porn thing actually makes me question my earlier opinion: http://bit.ly/BW6YP

Great post from @timbray http://bit.ly/T4wfc and excellent comment from Rick Jelliffe: http://bit.ly/mpgHi. Schematron rocks.
Very simple rule: use Atom where it makes sense – you shouldn't feel forced to use it everywhere, nor feel afraid to use it somewhere #rest
Agree with @pkeane "yet I suspect custom-xml-that-could've been-atom is more prevalent than atom-that-should've-been-custom-xml"
Worried for some reason that @stevenbristol didn't catch my "Too much information" complaint a few days ago.
Next job offer: Ruby on Rails development, fluent German required, permanent (no contractors), also in Ratingen near Düsseldorf, Germany
Do job ads via Twitter work? innoQ is looking for a MDD/MDSD developer w/ fluent German, location Ratingen (near Düsseldorf)
tripit.com rocks. And it works with German airline confirmation emails, too.
Replying to @neal4d
@neal4d Too easy, huh? OK, try this: Bubble and Chapman stick? ;-)
RT @railswaycon: railswaycon early bird ends tomorrow. save 100€ by registering in the next 24 hours!
"Elephant Talk". Thanks @christo4ferris :-) http://bit.ly/TMGzz. Love Tony Levin's Chapman stick; see http://bit.ly/fipop
Coincidentally, I only know the word "Brouhaha" because it's in some King Crimson song. Anybody know which one?
Replying to @obie
@obie "Brouhaha" … I like it. Brou-ha-ha … hm, great sound. Definitely moved to a front position in my list of synonyms :-)
