@AdamBien COBOL works too & green screen apps may often be the best option. Still doesn't mean we can't discuss advantages/disadvantages :-)

@AdamBien I fully accept that. I just like my Web apps to behave as if they were part of the Web … JSF seems like the REST antithesis
I'd of course still take Rails over JSF+EJB any day. In fact I'd probably take basically everything over JSF.
