I have no idea but I feel like it should be easy. Trivial. Perhaps even built into browsers themselves. You could have an HTML element specifically for it. One starting with "a" perhaps, so it is easy to find.

The natural end state of decentralized software is centralization. No amount of ideological purity beats the convenience of having someone else run the server.
When git was announced as a decentralized way of managing source code, one of the first things that people with Business Problems To Solve did was to centralize it again on GitHub.
Surely this is a one-off with no larger lesson to teach us.
