@sama when I'm busiest, my response are times are fastest. I think the causation is being busy makes you more efficient. As much as reverse.

@sama absolutely. @jimgoetz is really good at that. reads the email and responds ASAP. a short one word reply is better than waiting.

@sama important people take decisions (based on accumulated knowledge/intuition). Grunts have to do minutes-hours of work for each email.
