best advice i have for recruiting channels for engineers: look outside the valley. easier to get people to move than try to poach.

@sama @davykestens imagine that’s true for plenty of engineers b/t 18-30yo, but imagine cities like atlanta can do same for those w families
@sama we've been recruiting people from the valley who want to move east
@sama Was ridiculously difficult for me to try and find a job from Indiana. Found one within two weeks of moving to Mt. View.
@sama even easier if they don't need to move. Cheaper too.
@sama What about eng leadership positions? Going outside SV likely means no network for them recruiting teammates right?
