in my recent blog post, i used "female founders" because it's grammatically correct. i'd never say "females" to refer to "women".

@sama For the sake of writing, "female founders" is right. However, in general "founder" works. Did you get a negative response from this?

@sama I've never liked "female" (or "male") in that kind of context. Too clinical. Life isn't a police report. Just a personal preference.
