@sama Research the proposals that address needs & problems you may never have. Seek to address markets outside the range of your experience.

@sama Select a jury with diverse roster so many experiences come to the table. Efface candidate demographics as you discuss merit.

@sama Last thing, provide a range of funding envelopes to mediate risk. Some founders only want seed money. Make that an option.
