@sama some people (non-typical YC types) might want to start a company and have it for its whole lifetime, nurture it, grow it over years.

@sama Often Women don´t start Companies as founders bc have multiple concurrent challenges: being a Mom, Wife, care taker if single parent.

@sama great question! Collaboration is key - so starting with orgs that target them - outreach with content, eradicate exclusivity.
