employees get fairly screwed by the mechanics of stock compensation. going to see if i can find a way to fix this.

@sama There are equally huge problems for the employer that need to be fixed as well. "Standard" 4 year plan has numerous problems.

@naval lots more too--tax treatment and being unable to afford exercise/tax hit are not fair
