it's not perfect, but it's remarkable how effectively you can predict a startups chance of success by its office vibe.

@sama if only startup peeps (by and large) knew what they were doing w organizational culture and focused on it more...
@sama In which sense? Happy vibe = successful or is it trickier than that?
