i strongly believe in social welfare, investing in education, and universal healthcare. i also believe the only the way we can have those things is if we get serious about celebrating competence and winning.

Competence is one thing and winning is another. Winning and social welfare don't go together. When your measure of success is to possess more than your neighbor, how can you be altruistic? You can pretend like many billionaires do, but nothing substantial ever comes out of it.

Leaders should lift everyone up. Easier said then done when all they do is complain about you behind your back. But toxic culture isn’t an excuse for a toxic mindset. You’re the only one who can make the world better. Broken culture is the reason the world needs you.
