Because of this poor wifi hotspot, I've switched to lightning cable between iphone and mac => faster and more reliable than wifi (until you unplug it...). Not sure I would comeback to wifi actually (+ it charges the mobile...)

Me: Oh great I’ve got a 15 minute Uber I can catch up on some work emails Personal Hotspot: Connects 14 minutes later

Thought, what if facial recognition tech was modified to also read SOS blinking signals and or watery eyes just in case someone is being coerced into unlocking a device?@Apple @SamsungMobile @Huawei @Xiaomi @GooglePixel_US #innovation #Biometrics #Technotober @Trace_Cohen

Doesn’t it come down to the strength of your cellular network? I find that when with strong coverage, hotspot works well. I see Apple very little control over the strength of a network

Only way I've found it to reliably work is use USB

That’s what the cable is for :)

While we're at it let's get them to path the orange microphone-on dot permanently persisting on MacOS after any FaceTime call. Only fix is to restart the machine, and it's visible in all windows, fullscreen or not. Drives me crazy.
