He was going to shit it down because one person made him sad. Should he be paid? Of course. Should he take a benefit away from people who really need it? Probably not.

They did. Elon is not being transparent

The biggest issue-besides serious games w Elon, is that he is manipulating through tweets. It’s a big, big deal.

Musk and SpaceX collectively know very well how DoD sales work, no? He didn’t say “we talked to procurement and they refused to pay”, he said, “Ukraine has to stop fighting so we’ll take away the weapon we gifted.

Elon may not be the bad guy, but he is supporting the bad guys.

Defense contractors are about announcements and intentions, not actions and solutions

No. They want to push the Tsla stock price lower so they can cover shorts.

Are you sure about that? Maybe Elon is just upset the Defense Production Act can compel him to operate Starlink in Ukraine at a loss indefinitely. The whole Starlink system is designed to operate at a loss until it’s fully operational so tl; dr: we should all just ignore Elon.

DOD didn't insist on paying for something given away as free to claim hero status? As a taxpayer, had they insisted on paying for that I'd insist on other elected officials.
