I didn’t pass OpenAI’s interview. But I actually liked the experience, esp the screening ones. The problems presented are very well designed.

Problem statements are remarkably bad ways to say something insightful

I strongly disagree, questions such as: Why are you passionate about working here besides food, shelter, and healthcare? How many ping pong balls can I fit in my Tesla? And discuss your weaknesses? Are all great questions to waste everyone's collective time.
