It's not even on the list of things to worry about, though a fully in-person company could be disrupted by a COVID outbreak.

There's a lot of value being face to face, but I think technology will close the gap over time (assuming the business is a software business or similar that lends itself to remote work). Ultimately long term, I think remote will have the upper hand with instant on/off presence.
