i think in 100 years people will look back at 2022 and be even more astonished at how bad our quality of life was than we are looking back at people who lived 1000 years ago

Something to think about: If people say 2122 is the same as 2022, we have stagnated for 100 years. If people say in 2022 will be the same as 2122, then we are currently stagnating (with an inherent defeatist attitude).
