the cultural arc over the past few years from wokism to pessimism to nihilism is racist, sucks, and doesn’t even matter anyway

on a serious note, at least the first two cultural movements had some real positives. i fear that nihilism is going to poison a generation for no gain.

Say what you will about the tenets of nihilism, at least it's an ethos.

This “cultural arc” had zero positives and some very significant negatives. Also it didn’t produce any literary/artistic achievements, and was more confined within a political sphere. That’s why in the long run it would prove to be a completely irrelevant episode

Eh, "nothing matters anyway" is actually the only one of the three that can lead to *doing* something instead of being more inhibited, so I'd say it's the only one that has real positives.
