Maybe Moon/Orbit/Shield an abbreviation for “MOS” a Multiprogramming Operating System. A Multiprogramming Operating System runs multiple programs on a single processor. If a program has to wait for an I/O operation, other programs utilize the CPU in the meantime. 🤷🏾‍♂️
