It takes months to ship just a FYI CORRECTION not days. These things shouldn’t be delayed for packaging since you had a huge time gap to get it out by now without delays.

It's possible you didn't catch the information on the capsules website that explained shipping would start at a later date. It takes time to get all the products produced from suppliers, shipped to a central location for packing, and then fulfilment to proceed and complete.

The reason for the detail is that multiple people were asking why they had not got their tracking yet. We wanted to make it clear it is in progress and set the expectation that it will take some days to get them all shipped.

It sure would be nice if you had customer service that actually responded
